The best sushi restaurant in the world is in Boston.

Ohshit Oishi! is 5/5. Let's start with the truth about sushi. It is the biggest scam in the world. The "restaurant hacks off a slab of fish...refuses to cook it...provides nothing more than some soy sauce and serves a lump of boiled white rice on the side and then claims to be the best (freshest) sushi in town. Come on...if it wasn't fresh it would kill you.. You CANNOT be serious. I like the stuff in the same way I like popcorn at the movies. Yet...in America...Sushi restaurants are listed in the top 3 of almost every Zagat city guide. Then there is Oishi sushi in Boston. They do all the same things but sometimes they cook things, they add all sorts of garnish and plenty of interesting sauces. This level of preparation actually requires a chef and it is great! I always liked Nobu because of the interesting hot plates that are in addition to the sushi. Here...I actually like the Sushi. I rate this the best sushi restaurant in the world (sorry Tokyo).
