On Sunday March 27th Lexus ran a full page ad in the New York Times for their new sedan which was a photo of a silver model slanting up to the right on Page 7. On page 9 Infiniti ran a full page ad for their new sedan which was a silver model slanting up to the right. Neither ad offered a reason to buy. It is a mystery how such wealthy companies could produce such undifferentiated marketing. The fact that they are placed consecutively seems poetic justice as they deserve each other.
